The EasyIVR Administrator logs into the EasyIVR administrative program using this web page. This is required to perform any IVR or phone broadcast function.
The following information must be entered to access the EasyIVR phone system:
- User Name - A valid username must be entered by the administrator
- Password - The password associated with this user must also be entered
- Login - Press this button once the username and password have been entered
- I forgot my password! - If the administrator has forgotten the password, press this button to be reminded of the password or to have it emailed to your controlled account
NOTE: Your initial User Name and Password are provided by Database Systems Corp. when you register your organization with our IVR or voice broadcasting service. We likewise will provide your organization with the proper URL to access this webpage.
