The administrator can request several different reports based on previously executed campaigns.

Once a report has been selected, the following screen will appear that allows the administrator to select the report parameters. Either a date range for the report or a lead source selection can be used by the Administrator for report selection.



The following IVR Reports can be viewed from this Menu:

• Call Summary.
• Calls From Location.
• Time of Day Report.
• Detail Call Report.
• Calls From Area Code.
• Call Duration Report.
• Calls By Month.
• Daily Call Summary.
• Day Of The Week.
• Download Report Data.
