The administrator can request several different voice broadcasting reports based on previously executed campaigns.

Once a report has been selected, the following screen will appear that allows the administrator to select the VB report parameters. Either a date range for the report or a lead source selection can be used by the Administrator for report selection.



The following Voice Broadcasting Reports can be viewed from this Menu:

• Call Summary.
• Final Call Report.
• Detail Call Report.
• Day Of The Week.
• Calls By Location.
• Undelivered Calls.
• Call Duration Report.
• Calls By Area Code.
• Bad Numbers.
• Download Report Data.
